Холбоос үг нь үг болон өгүүлбэрийг хооронд нь холбож өгөх үүрэгтэй. Заримдаа холбоос үг нь өгүүлбэрт дайвар үг, төлөөний нэр ба угтвар үгийн утгыг агуулж өгүүлбэрт ордог.
