/IƏ/ is a long sound. It moves from /I /  to / Ə/. Listen and say the sound.

Ear – ear , beard , clear , hear , nearly ,  year

Eer-  beer ,  cheers

Ere – here, we’re

Listen and say these sentence.

/eƏ/ is a long sound. It moves from /e/ to /Ə/ . Listen and say these sounds.

Are- care, square

Air – air,  chair, fair, hair, stair

Ear – wear

Ere – where

Aer – aeroplane

Listen and say these sentences.

A: Look at that aeroplane!

A: Up there, in the air, of course!

Note: Sometimes you hear an /r/ sound after /IƏ/ or / eƏ/. Listen.
